We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Supervisor to join an established team in Dublin City.

Benefits of the Payroll Supervisor Job Include: A highly competitive starting SalaryFirst hand exposure to Public SectorResponsibilities of the Payroll Supervisor Job Include: Responsible for the processing of fortnightly Payroll and deductions for staff and pensionersEnsuring and driving compliance and adherence to the policies set down by RevenuePrepare necessary reconciliations and returns such as Pension and CSO in line with deadlinesPrepare high quality reports and ad-hoc returns to external stakeholdersKey point of contact for internal and external stakeholders providing efficient & effective support where requiredContribute to a strong compliance culture by ensuring robust internal controls and audit standards are achieved and maintainedDrive existing and new policies and proceduresInput into the preparation of the annual audit, financial statements and budget processSupport the grant administration process and manage any miscellaneous income streamsCollaborate on projects as part of a continuous improvement programRequirements of the Payroll Supervisor Job: Qualification within a related fieldPrevious experience in high volume payrollSupervisory experience, leading a small teamStrong MS Office and MS Excel skillsA team player with strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detailCapacity to proactively and constructively contribute to team tasksAbout the job: Contract Type: Temporary
