Manages preparation of budgets, forecasts and long-range Scenarios Provides support consultancy and financial decision support analysis to various functions, teams and departments Actively contributes to finance business processes and resolution of issues, representing site specific topics/issues Liaise with Accounting, Tax, Ops Consolidation FP&A, Site FP&A team and business functions Responsibilities Projects Supports S4/HANA project implementation Supports business analysis and decision-making support, including financial analyses and modelling of "what if" scenarios Supports local and corporate projects FP&A/Accountancy Supports month-end close and quarterly budget/planning activities Supports accounting and tax activities, including corporate tax, VAT, Withholding Tax, CSO filing, monthly tracking and reporting of variances Implements and tracks productivity metrics to support management reporting and partner with the business to drive efficiency Communicates and provides direction to Function heads about financial trends and their business implications Provides support for internal and external audits Adhoc duties as required Basic Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance or Business Administration At least 5 years experience in similar position(s) preferably in an international environment Experience in cost accounting, budgeting and planning, VAT within and outside EU Fluency in English, both in written and oral communication High proficiency with SAP, Hyperion and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) Demonstrated strong technical knowledge of accountancy (local country accounting principles), relevant laws, local taxes and accounting systems/processes Preferred Requirements Technical Capability and Experience MBA and/or CPA highly desirable Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical experience preferred Experience with SAP, EDW, Hyperion planning and reporting Integrates disciplinary and business strategy knowledge to develop recommendations Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness Energetic, flexible team player, with ability to adapt in a changing environment Ability to collaborate, negotiate and influence cross-functionally to achieve desired outcomes and objectives Strong planning and organizational skills High attention to detail, works quickly and accurately Competencies Strong communication skills (written, oral, presentation) Demonstrates capability to learn quickly, being open and flexible to changes, in a multinational environment Analyses and solves complex problems; thinks independently Demonstrates excellence in producing accurate work Demonstrates a strong customer focus in all activities Please click the link below to apply or alternatively send an up-to-date CV to ***Please note our client cannot assist with any visa sponsorship and candidates must have the correct visa to live and work in Ireland*** Although it is not possible for us to respond to all applications, we at PE Global will do our upmost to give you feedback on your application.
