Description: Mercer is seeking candidates for the following position based in our Dublin or Cork office:Pensions Administrator - Defined Contribution (DC) What can you expect:The DC Administration team currently manages a portfolio of approximately 160 DC schemes.
The overall team size is more than 60, with some team members located offshore.
Administrators report into a Team Manager and will be part of a team of approx.
10 Administrators.
This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to work as part of the DC Administration team to provide a high quality and fully compliant standard of service to your own portfolio of pension scheme clients.What you will be rewarded with:We provide a highly regarded and competitive package:Competitive salaryUp to 12% employer pension contributionFull healthcare coverStudy SupportFlexitime or flexistartHybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from homeSports & Social clubs/Wellness ProgrammePaid annual leaveTravel ticket/bike to work are optionalSubsidised canteen (Dublin)35 hour working weekWe will rely on you to:Ensure all compliance and client-specific Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met on an ongoing basisLiaise with offshore colleagues to ensure that they are processing any tasks assigned to them as per the agreed timelinesMonitor and update the workflow system to ensure that all work can be tracked effectivelyEnsure that all money movements are completed in a timely mannerEnsure that our internal record keeping system reflects accurately member records by updating on an ongoing basis any data changes requestedWorking with other departments within Mercer to provide data requests What you will need to have:Administration experience in a consultancy firm, brokerage, life office or working on an in-house scheme Group or company DC pension administration experienceHigh level of accuracy/attention to detailExcellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlinesStrong analytical skillsEffective communication skills and ability to provide a high level of customer service to your clientsAbility to work with Microsoft Excel to at least intermediate standard; previous working experience of Microsoft Excel formulae, eg V look–ups requiredWhat makes you stand out:Successful completion of the Pensions QFA module or working towards sameChallenges the status quo in search for efficienciesMercer:
