Pensions Consultant

My Client is seeking a motivated Pension Consultant to join their expanding team in a dynamic and goal-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities: Design and implement scheme restructuring exercises, ensuring the effective implementation of agreed changes and benefit structures.Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a consistent sales approach throughout the organization.Develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns targeting clients within the market.Work closely with sales support and marketing teams to maximize business development opportunities.Deliver engaging sales pitches and presentations to clients and staff.Cultivate lasting relationships with key influencers in the construction industry through participation in industry events.Provide market and product trend feedback to contribute to the development of new offerings.Collaborate with internal functions to identify sales and marketing opportunities.Ensure compliance with sales, legal, and regulatory requirements.Demonstrate flexibility in promoting various occupational pension schemes as needed.Facilitate referrals to other departments as necessary.Requirements: Pension qualification such as IIPM or RPA.Strong attention to detail.Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.Comprehensive understanding of relevant pensions legislation and regulations.Full clean driver's license and access to own vehicle.Previous experience in a target-driven role would be beneficial.Familiarity with Client Relationship Management systems.
