We have an exciting opportunity to join our leading multi-disciplinary team in the area of Pension Governance.
We are seeking to hire a Pensions Governance and Secretariat Specialist providing governance and oversight services to a portfolio of pension trustee boards. You will be a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of pension processes and governance support functions. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will contribute to the success of our clients' pension initiatives.

Office location: This role will be based out of our Dublin, Cork, Limerick, or Galway office working 1 day a week in the office and the remaining working hybrid.
The Role Key point of contact for Trustee Boards. Manages the Scheme meeting cycle and monitors and maintains oversight controls. Supports Trustee Boards, both DB and DC, in meeting their governance objectives and requirements. Alignment with the Trustee Board's business plan; meeting planning; and other related scheme secretary tasks. Central role in liaising with stakeholders and service providers. Manages, implements, and supports governance projects and other special assignments including those addressing IORP II regulation requirements. The Requirements Previous experience within DB and DC pension arrangements.Strong pensions technical knowledge, especially in the area of pensions governance and secretariat support.Good commercial understanding, with the ability to work within agreed budgets and the ability to identify client opportunities.Ability to work in a fast-paced organization.Exceptional organizational skills and an ability to effectively prioritize work across multiple client relationships.Flexibility with the ability to work under tight timescales without diluting the quality of work.Commitment to professional delivery and exceptional service.Strong influencing skills, excellent communication skills and clear and concise written skills.At WTW, we believe difference makes us stronger.
