As part of this service, Davy Select offer a comprehensive choice of pension accounts, providing clients with access to the Davy Select Investment Platform.
A new role in our Pensions team has arisen as the team continue to expand.
This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a team that assist clients with all aspects of their pension journey and into retirement.
In the role, the successful candidate will: Act as a first point of contact for prospective clients, offering assistance with the account opening process and transfer of existing pension funds.
Working with other Davy departments setting up new pension accounts with prospective clients and Trustees and all associated tasks and queries.
Providing ongoing customer service to existing clients.
Overall responsibility for the Davy Select Team by assisting clients navigate the retirement of their pension accounts.
Working with the wider Davy Select team on initiatives to enhance the Davy Select direct pension proposition and client experience.
Management of annual Imputed distributions and all associated client communications.
Act as a support to the Davy Select Intermediary channel.
Represent Davy Select services and brand positively.
Contribute to projects and process improvements as required.
Comply with the Risk and Compliance frameworks, policies and procedures associated with the role.
Requirements About you We are looking for somebody who who has the following background and skills: Third Level qualification in a business-related discipline.
Undertaking or have attained QFA qualification.
2-3 years in a customer service role.
A knowledge of investment markets, products and the individual pension accounts would be desirable.
Good communication stills, customer focus and ability to build relationships.
Ability to work on own initiative and to strict deadlines.
Persuasive, enthusiastic outgoing nature with an ability to quickly build rapport with customers and Trustees.
Organised and methodical.
A high level of proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Powerpoint and Excel.
A strong and flexible approach to working as part of a team.
