The Team and the opportunity People Consulting partners with clients to drive and evolve their people agenda in a rapidly changing global work environment. Joining the People Consulting team in EY will provide you with the opportunity to work on some of the most interesting and complex transformation programmes in Ireland.
Our work is varied and challenging; from creating an organisation design that determines effective organisation solutions to embedding cultural and behavioural change across an organisation.
We have a number of exciting, client-facing roles for individuals with demonstrable consulting experience in the following areas: Organisation DesignCommunications and Stakeholder ManagementChange ManagementStrategic Workforce PlanningHR Transformation and Digital HRYour key responsibilities Support engagements across private and public sector clients using a consultative approach.Support the implementation and delivery of projects and/or workstreams across transformation programmes including technology projects, organisation design programmes, and other change programmes.Provide support in all areas of organisational design; change management, culture, leadership/team effectiveness, and support for other strategic initiatives.Plan and co-ordinate all elements of programmes from conception to completion, supporting the delivery of the programmes either in person or virtually.Provide support for all aspects of programme planning while ensuring they are both effective and cost-efficient.Support delivery on projects and/or workstreams, primarily on change and transformation projects.Work as part of delivery teams while supporting and owning deliverables.Work with management to implement project plans.Skills and attributes for success Experience using relevant change tools, templates, and methodologies.Passion for change and innovation.Professional, quickly establishing personal credibility and demonstrating expertise.Strong personal impact and resilience; able to influence clients and stakeholders.Pragmatic approach to solving issues and gaining client agreement.Able to analyse complex problems and deliver insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions.Focused on achieving project/programme goals and objectives.Adept at overcoming issues and barriers.Experienced in full project lifecycle from concept through to implementation.To qualify for the role, you must have Degree qualified with relevant professional experience; experience working on major transformation programmes preferred.2+ years relevant experience.Good understanding of change and transformation projects, with relevant experience in delivering change programmes in organisations.Ability to quickly grasp complex business problems and develop appropriate solutions.Experience working in a change management role or delivering change programmes is required.What working at EY offers We offer a competitive remuneration package.
