Role Responsibilities HR Strategy & Administration Assist the Head of People & Culture to execute operational processes and services with a focus on employee experience and data integrity Work closely with Group Functions including IT and Finance teams to track and update hiring plans for business groups, providing guidance on compensation, budget and job description creation Act as the first point of contact for team member questions, knowing when to escalate issues to other as needed Identify and drive process improvement efforts, leveraging P&C systems to automate and eliminate manual work where possible Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Own the end-to-end recruitment process for all Group roles, from strategic sourcing to seamless onboarding Assist with onboarding new team members including onboarding scheduling, system entry, paperwork validation, background checks and P&C orientation & system training Build our employer brand with creative strategies Develop and manage company Graduate & internship programs Culture Leadership Keep our unique workplace culture thriving with initiatives that boost employee engagement Drive team-building activities, mentoring, and buddy programs that enhance collaboration and team spirit Support and communicate core People processes to stakeholders, managers and team members Learning & Development Identify and address L&D needs with people managers and function heads Implement programs that support continuous learning and professional growth Drive the implementation of a company training calendar, including role specific and technical and soft skills sessions Performance Coaching Working closely with the People & Culture Director, build out relevant programs that will support and enhance performance management Offer support on goal setting, feedback, and career development Handle performance management issues with sensitivity and diplomacy Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Contribute to initiatives that promote a fair and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and heardRequired Experience & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, Masters preferred 5+ years in a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced, innovative environment Direct experience in one or more areas of HR, preferably People Operations or as an HR Business Partner Knowledge and understanding of applicable employment laws and compliance requirements in at least two of the following countries - Ireland, UK, The Netherlands and France, global exposure preferred Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
