Main Purpose of Role: To support the People Function with the effective administration of all Learning and Development requirements.
Coordination of programme bookings, subscription renewals, PDR support, Maintaining HR systems (Success Factors), and the end-to-end administration of learning agreements to ensure accurate and up to date records are held and maintained.
Role Duties: Act as a first point of contact for all employee's, taking ownership of L&D queries and requests Ensure accurate and timely data entry into HR systems (Success Factors) including; recording professional membership details, position changes, to ensure accurate record keeping Manage administration of professional memberships Build and maintain cross functional working relationships with the wider People Team, including Recruitment, Reward, Learning & Development and HRBPS, to ensure relevant and effective support is provided Liaise with providers and key contacts to ensure all requirements are in place for training courses/programmes, such as training rooms booked, purchase orders in place and registers returned etc.
Assist with collation of management reporting information and statistical information for reports as required, ensuring the data provided is accurate Build, develop and maintain effective relationships with business stakeholders in relation to aligning career development to professional development, Chartership and internal or external academic progress.
Carry out any relevant activities relating to any element of the learning cycle, including the various evaluation levels to support the effectiveness of the Learning and Organisational Development function Support teams, managers and supervisors through the roll-out and maintenance of evolving performance development programmes, management/talent management programmes - for example, PDRs and Leadership Programmes.
Support audits where required and provide evidence as necessary.
Deliver the appropriate elements of the Investors in People process.
Deliver appropriate learning where required Have a deep understanding of the e-learning support that can be implemented.
Support the work of the Learning and Organisational Development function in all interfaces with our people across the business.
To develop relationships with our people on any learning and development routes.
Support the wider People Team, when required, with general HR processes.
Qualifications & Skills: Relevant Qualification Evidence of a good standard of English & Math Proficient in the use of IT, good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications such as Word, Excel & Outlook.
Proven track record of providing administrative support to a large, multi-site, multi-disciplined business Attention to detail Willing to advance in CIPD / or any relevant qualification required for the role Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
