This is a full time, fixed term contract.This position is a first line support for all team member HR queries.
Administrative duties include assisting with recruitment, learning and development, employee lifecycle administration and maintenance of the people team system.
Administration of own buy and concession starters for Brown Thomas Arnotts in line with best practice and according to internal audit guidelinesFirst line recruitment for retail roles Administration of job vacancy adverts on Core HR/TaleoPromote HR recruitment activity through key tools and technologies e.g.
LinkedIn, Indeed etcOrganise and manage administration of a range of learning and development, communication, and engagement processesEnsuring accuracy of People Team databases by daily maintenance Ensuring accuracy and security of physical files and data for HR categories at i.e., Own Buy & ConcessionsSupport with HR Business Partner teams across a range of activities as deemed appropriate by HR Manager for professional developmentAssist HR Information Specialist with all HR system adminSupport with HR projects as required KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Third level qualification (or working towards same) in Human Resources Management or relevant fieldProven experience in a relevant high volume administrative role, with a strong focus on compliance and customer serviceDetailed knowledge of Microsoft OfficeExcellent working knowledge of HR systems, in particular Core HRStrong analytical and numeracy skills with excellent attention to detail and consistent standards when dealing with high volumes of data and administrationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident and respectfulAdaptable yet service orientated with the ability to work to tight deadlinesHighly organised and able to manage more than one project at a timeA role model of the Brown Thomas and Arnotts People Values with a keen interest in HR best practice and innovation, always looking for the next opportunity to enhance the reputation and distinctiveness of our brand.
