The role We're looking to hire a proactive and dedicated People Operations Partner to join our growing HR team.
This role is key in supporting the people agenda across the business, driving the development and implementation of HR strategies, and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations.
You will be a trusted partner to leadership and employees, helping to build a positive organisational culture, ensure effective talent management, and support business goals through people initiatives.
What you'll be doing Partnering with senior leaders and line managers to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive people-centric initiatives across the organisation.Acting as a trusted advisor for employee-related concerns, helping to resolve conflicts, address issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.Assisting with the onboarding process and new employee integration.Supporting the development and implementation of performance management processes, including regular performance reviews, feedback mechanisms, and employee development plans.Assisting in identifying learning opportunities and facilitating development programs that enhance employee growth and contribute to a high-performance culture.Collaborating with the HR team to ensure competitive and equitable compensation and benefits strategies are in place, supporting employee engagement and retention.Ensuring that HR policies and procedures are followed and are in compliance with local labour laws and regulations (Ireland and UK).
Review and update policies as needed.Developing and implementing programs that foster a positive work culture, improve employee satisfaction, and maintain a strong connection between employees and the organisation's values.Managing HR data and systems, ensuring employee records are accurate and up to date.
Preparing reports and analysis to inform HR strategies and decision-making.Supporting the business during periods of change, helping employees to navigate transitions smoothly and maintain morale.Supervising and providing guidance to HR administrator, ensuring efficient performance and development.What you'll need A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a HR Generalist or People Operations role in a medium-sized company.Proven experience in employee relations, talent management, and supporting business leaders in a HR capacity.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and employee relations.Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with employees at all levels.Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-CP) are a plus.Experience of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Some of our perks 25 days of annual leave + 2 company days + bank holidays.Hybrid working.Working from abroad - up to 6 weeks per calendar year.Private Health Insurance.5% Pension contribution.Life Assurance - 4 x Salary.Income Benefit.Wellbeing initiatives.By submitting your application, you agree that AccountsIQ may collect your personal data for recruiting, global organization planning, and related purposes.
