Performance Test Lead

Key Responsibilities:Lead the performance testing strategy and execution.Work closely with offshore teams to ensure quality testing standards.Utilize tools like JMeter (required), LoadRunner (required), and optionally Citrix, Solarwinds, and AWR to carry out performance testing.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve performance bottlenecks.Provide detailed performance analysis and testing reports.Key Requirements:Proficiency in JMeter and LoadRunner.Experience with Citrix (preferred), Solarwinds, and AWR (nice to have).Previous experience leading offshore testers.Availability for immediate start.Permit requirement: Stamp 1G spousal/Stamp 4/Irish Citizenship/EU Visa is acceptable.
