Personal Assistant Admin

Key Responsibilities:1.
Personal Assistance Provide high-level, confidential administrative support to [Manager/Senior Executive/Team].
Manage and coordinate daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Handle email correspondence and phone calls on behalf of the manager.

Administrative Duties Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring smooth office operations.
Maintain filing systems (both digital and physical) for easy retrieval.
Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
Handle internal and external communication with stakeholders.
3.
Accounts Support Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and petty cash management.
Prepare and manage financial reports for review by the accounts department or senior management.
Liaise with suppliers and vendors for billing and payment inquiries.
Support payroll processing by compiling employee timesheets and other relevant information.

Organizational Support Organize and maintain the managers personal and professional calendars.
Assist with the coordination and planning of business trips, accommodation, and itineraries.
Coordinate and manage projects as required, ensuring deadlines are met.
Keep track of important deadlines, reports, and tasks, ensuring nothing is overlooked.
Skills and Qualifications: Education: Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (preferred but not essential).
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar PA, admin, or accounts role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in bookkeeping and administrative tasks.
Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address challenges.
