My client is looking for a Personal Lines Advisor in Dublin. The role provides an opportunity to get experience in the areas of customer service, customer retention, policy administration, and sales across home, life, and motor products. The Role Your main responsibilities will include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following: Deliver phone-based support to customers on all aspects of general insurance.Respond to customer queries relating to home, life, and motor products.Identify upsell opportunities for additional policy benefits.Contact targeted renewals to drive retention targets.Cross-sell prospects for additional products.Your Skills & Experience The ideal candidate will: Be a Qualified Approved Product Advisor (APA) for Personal General Insurance.Have the APA for Life Assurance (desirable).Possess excellent phone manner & communication skills.Be proficient in using MS Office Products.Demonstrate excellent verbal & written communication skills.Have attention to detail & ability to interpret data.Exhibit an enthusiastic, professional, positive, and flexible approach, including the ability to self-motivate.Be resilient and adaptable.Have good negotiation skills to close offers & be target-focused.Possess quick learning capabilities.Working Model: Hybrid
