We are currently seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our team in the Waterford office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met.
Responsibilities: Overcoming objections, closing sales.Chasing leads provided by the marketing team.Updating customer information in line with GDPR guidelines and Compliance.Setting up client accounts and ensuring relevant customer documentation is accurate.Processing renewals & mid-term adjustments.Answering incoming sales & customer service calls.Capturing vital contact information for customers, including home address, date of birth, email address, and contact numbers.Noticing changes in customer details and updating the system accordingly.Reporting rate increases to team leader/manager monthly and customer feedback.Requirements: APA or CIP qualified.CPD in line with Minimum Competency requirements.A minimum of 2 years of sales or customer service experience in a similar role required.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Ability to work well in a team environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.If you are interested in hearing more about this position and discussing your suitability, please reach out to Lorna in confidence at 015225354 or email your CV to ******.
