Key Responsibilities Overall responsibility of managing the personal lines team to drive retention, new business, and customer service in the branch.Measure performance daily to ensure objectives achieved.Directly accountable for achieving revenue targets.Recruiting, training, mentoring, and motivating the team.Ensuring quality and compliance targets are achieved such as call scripts and general housekeeping of files are in keeping with insurer requirements.Completion of monthly quality audit checks with team members.Documented one to one with team members.Deal with underperformance.Ensure processes, practices and ways of working are aligned.Qualifications & Experience CIP / MDI / ACII.5 years' experience in Car, Home, Van Insurance.At least 2 years people management experience.Skills Required Ability to recruit, train and develop people.Ability to communicate effectively.A team player who earns the respect of all the players in the chain.Ability to understand the business fundamentals.Ability to analyse data, spot trends and take action.Use initiative and incorporate new ideas where relevant.Drive a motivated team to achieve revenue targets.Key Result Areas Income generation, Compliance, Quality, Productivity & Customer Service Levels.Collaboration with other departments to help with overall growth of company.At Campion Insurance, we encourage and provide our employees with the opportunity to further their education with CIP, ACII, MDI and QFA Exams.
