About the role: managerial position with a focus on team management, customer relationship management, team collaboration, and compliance for the Personal Lines department.
Where? Waterford (Hybrid and flexibility).
You will be responsible for driving the performance of retentions across the personal lines book, managing team leads, coaching and leading them in day-to-day operations.You will build working relationships with all departments, addressing customer and handler issues and quality in team performance, and managing requests and inquiries in a timely manner.You will create a positive work environment: leading strategic progress, engaging and coaching staff, and encouraging their development.Do I have the profile: Managerial experience.Be a strategic thinker.Strong communication skills, data analysis, and ability to manage deadlines.Hybrid model Are you interested?
