Reporting Head of Travel
Role Overview The Chubb Travel Customer Service Sales Team Leader is responsible for the daily operation of the team including leadership, clear communication, motivation, performance management and process management. Key to the role is ensuring SLAs, Sales targets and Compliance requirements are met, with specific consideration to the sales capability and technical proficiency of the team.
Core Tasks To provide strong and visible leadership to their Team members through clear and engaging communication and working collaboratively with the Chubb Manager to consistently achieve SLAs and Sales Targets.Responsible for team delivery of a professional and motivated sales service.To develop the Sales Capability and Performance of the team in collaboration with the Chubb Manager and fellow Chubb Team Leaders.Point of technical and process referral for the Team members.Performance management including completion of quarterly reviews for direct reports, working with other Team Leaders and Chubb Manager to set and monitor appropriate team and individual targets.Active involvement in weekly sales team meetings to review and develop team performance.To support Chubb Manager in planning resource / campaign scheduling.Effective use of IT to ensure accurate team input and maintenance of IT systems.To liaise with the QA and Technical Service Unit to monitor and resolve complaints in accordance with CPC.Work with Chubb Manager to develop Management Information for monitoring of team performance.To work with the QA Unit and Chubb Manager to ensure compliance with regulatory and client requirements.Work with Chubb Manager on preparing and delivering client presentations onsite and offsite.Any other tasks as may be required.Performance to be monitored in relation to Team work and working collaboratively.Financials including fulfilment of Sales SLAs such as conversion: Personal and Team.Complaints, Quality Assurance and Audit Results: Personal and Team.Personal and Team Development.APA / CIP Qualified.Sedgwick is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
