We are currently seeking a Personalized Wellness Coach health and wellness center in Waterford .

RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct one-on-one wellness consultations with clients to assess their individual needs, goals, and challenges.
Develop personalized wellness plans tailored to each client's unique lifestyle, preferences, and health objectives.
Provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability to clients through regular coaching sessions, check-ins, and progress assessments.
Offer expert guidance on nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep optimization, and other aspects of holistic wellness.
Utilize a variety of coaching techniques, resources, and tools to empower clients to make sustainable lifestyle changes and achieve lasting results.
Maintain accurate records of client progress, interactions, and program adherence to track outcomes and inform future coaching strategies.
REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS Certification or degree in wellness coaching, nutrition, fitness, or related field.
Previous experience in wellness coaching, personal training, or health promotion, preferably in a clinical or community setting.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
