Title: Pest Control Technician Location: Galway ResponsibilitiesDeliver a quality inspection and treatment service to exceed customer expectationsApply pesticides in accordance with label recommendations and comply with relevant legislationIdentify all proofing requirements and have the necessary manual skills to deliver professional proofing workUse the technician app to provide customers with site audit reports on levels of pest infestation and recommendations for maintaining pest-free conditionsWork closely with other team members to assist in servicingEstablish effective working relationships with customers and partner with them on best practices to identify and solve pest problemsAnalyse customer needs for additional jobs and sell where appropriatePlan work efficiently and productivelyRequirement to be on the out-of-hours rota and meet the needs of the business where requiredAssist other company employees with technical and practical adviceAbout YouPest control knowledge and experienceQualified in pest management to IPCA / Lantra Level 3 or equivalentGood manual proofing skillsExcellent communication skills and be confident dealing with customersBe able to write meaningful and informative reportsCan-do attitude, and be able to use your own initiative in tricky situationsImportant Note: Due to the urgency of this vacancy, it is not possible for our client at this time to consider anyone without the appropriate work permits, visas or sponsorships already in place.
