Pfizer Grange Castle Graduate Programme 2025 Pfizer Grange Castle are delighted to be accepting applications for our 2025 Gradate Rotation Programme.
Applications are open to students who are studying related areas in Science, Biotech and / or Engineering disciplines.
Our Graduate program offers students the chance to partake in a 23-month rotational program in the Pfizer, Grange Castle site.
We are offering a fantastic training and development opportunity to committed students who are excited about a potential career in biopharma.
Emphasis is required for courses related to Science or Engineering or similar.
Closing date is 28th October 2024.
The successful candidate should: Be excited and motivated about challenges, innovation, and change.
Be willing to rotate departments and gain experience across 3 different functions of the business.
Passionate about your field of expertise A graduate from Engineering or Science disciplines (2023, 2024 or 2025) Available to start in September 2025 + legally eligible to work in Ireland for the duration of the program.
Recruitment Process/Next Steps: Step 1 Apply with CV completing application questions.
Step 2: Online Aptitude Tests - Once you successfully complete Step 1, you will be invited to participate in Step 2 where you will complete online aptitude tests to make sure that Pfizer is the right place for you.
This will be communicated to you via email.
Step 3: Group Exercise - Successful candidates will be invited to participate in a group exercise with potential fellow colleagues.
This will take place onsite on specific dates that will be communicated to you.
Step 4: Interview - should you be successful at Step 3; you will be invited to attend interview onsite.
Step 5: Pre-employment screening.
