Pharmacy Counter Assistant

O'Sullivans Pharmacy is recruiting a permanent part-time over-the-counter assistant in our branch in Elmwood, Frankfield, Grange, Cork

3 days per week. 9 am to 6 pm No Saturdays, Sundays, Bank Holidays or Late Nights. Responsibilities Include: Contribute to the smooth running of the front of the shop (over-the-counter medicine/cosmetic sales and orders) Assist customers with queries, concerns, and purchases. Skills / Capabilities Required Customer-focused, excellent customer service skills Capable of working in a busy environment Able to handle pressure Multi-tasking abilities Excellent attention to detail Interpersonal skills Approachable, friendly and professional Great initiative and strong work ethic Knowledge and experience of OTC medicines is preferable but not essential.
