Pharmacy Technician (Full- And Part-Time!) - Cork City

Clarity is recruiting a Pharmacy Technician  for a busy pharmacy based in Cork City.
What you need to know: This is a permanent Full-time role (Part-time option is also available! )
.
You will be required to work 1/4 Saturday a month .
No Sundays or Bank Holidays are required .
There is a  great support team  in the store to help cater to a steady flow of customers (there are always a minimum of 3 pharmacists and 5 staff in the dispensary) .
Touchstore  is the dispensing system used.
What you'll be doing: Assisting in the dispensary Answering phone calls, responding to inquiries or requests Preparing and dispensing prescriptions to patients  Managing and monitoring the prescribed dosages Taking care of paperwork and monthly claims (if needed) Providing excellent customer service Any other duties as required What we're looking for:   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills   Ability to work as part of the team as well as on your own initiative Good time management  Passion for the delivery of excellent customer service   What we require:   You must be a reliable and ready to take on new challenges  Salary is negotiable and based on experience!
