You'll be responsible for supporting the business needs in the delivery of visual assets, creating a range of images and assets for use in all marketing channels as well as supporting the wider team with administrative and communication tasks. You'll be using your organisational skills to keep to deadlines and ensure weekly completion of a high number of pack shots, retouching and forward-planning, as well as solving problems and using your initiative to keep things moving.
Working within the Creative Production team, this is a great opportunity for an organised person who is keen to learn in a busy, dynamic role. You'll have responsibility for the creation of photography images within the Marketing Department and across the business. A key ongoing task will be the production of packshots and styled photoshoot images and the ongoing upload of assets to the internal Asset Management system.
You'll report into the Senior Creative Brand Manager while working closely with other departments, including Packaging and Purchasing to ensure the timely and managed production of requested creative assets.
What you'll doDay-to-day you'll quickly, efficiently, and confidently shoot, retouch and process a wide and varied range of high-quality pack-shots and food images for use across all channels.Produce images to high standards and accuracy in line with photography briefs, corporate style guides and production manuals.Liaise with the Leaflet and Packaging teams to ensure forward planning is aligned to cover upcoming campaigns and product launches across the business.Book, plan and schedule shoots, stylists and art direction as required for styled shoots, working closely with the wider department to ensure all requirements are met.Ensure briefs and sample requests are checked, prepped and ready for shooting to agreed timelines.Keep the Senior Creative Brand Manager up to date on the day-to-day operations and the progress/completion of multiple projects and campaigns.Work with external photographers, re-touchers, food stylists, prop stylists on seasonal campaign shoots and attendance off-site to deliver cutting edge food and product images.Work on styled lifestyle photography shoots in accordance with wider business needs.Manage, maintain, rename, upload and update the image library, asset tagging and data entry of images for the department and wider business needs.Work across the wider business to ensure any missing images are produced as required for deadlines needed. This will involve the sourcing of samples and working closely with the Purchasing team to ensure all samples received are delivered and logged correctly.Assist the wider team with ad-hoc tasks.What you'll needPack-shot or product photography experience would be advantageous.Photoshop skills are required.A full Irish driving licence is required.Experience working in a fast-paced environment with high volume, quick turnarounds and tight deadlines.Well-organised with the ability to multitask and work to targets and strict deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships.Structured and process-driven; experience setting up processes would be beneficial.A solution-focused problem solver who can use initiative to get things done.Can-do positive attitude and someone who is keen to get stuck in.Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines.Eager to learn and pick-up new tasks or skills.What you'll receiveThrough our salary system, we ensure pay equality across all positions at Lidl.
