Pizza Chef/Prep Chef

The ideal candidate will have/be:              Ability to work as part of a team having excellent organisational and communication skills              A positive attitude and good work ethic who enjoys working in a busy kitchen.
             Reliable and punctual              Willing to cooperate in all areas of the kitchen and help in other sections when necessary              Ability to motivate others and work on own initiative              Passionate about delivering great food and presentation              Familiar with industry's best practices              HACCP Training              Experience in a busy kitchen is required              Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays Job Description:         Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies         Prepare food for service         Clean up station and take care of leftover food         Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion         Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards         Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers         Up-keeping HACCP standards          Complete knowledge of food allergens.
