PL/SQL Developer ASAP Start12 monthsDublin - 1- 2 days onsite€ - €My client is looking to hire a highly skilled PL/SQL Developer to join their project team.The successful candidate must have previous hands-on reporting experience with BI Publisher.Key Responsibilities:Design and build complex SQL queries for business reporting and data analysis.Conduct source system analysis to link and join tables for report generation.Develop and maintain large-scale databases in a development environment.Leverage Oracle Built-in Packages, Bulk Collect, Insert, Array Processing, and Ref Cursors.Utilise Dynamic SQL with literal and bind variables for optimisation and flexibility.Create scripts for views, procedures, functions, triggers, indexes, constraints, and packages.Generate reports using Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Discoverer, and BI Publisher.Handle Data Definition and Transaction Control for efficient database operations.Perform SQL tuning and query optimisation using Oracle's cost-based optimiser and other tools.Oversee Oracle database design, implementing both logical and physical data models.Skills Required:Strong hands-on experience with PL/SQL, including writing complex queries and optimising SQL code.Proficiency in Oracle database design and data modelling.Experience with BI Publisher and generating Business Intelligence reports.Knowledge of Dynamic SQL, transaction management, and SQL tuning.Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and effectively translate technical requirements into deliverables.Comfortable with source code management tools like SVN.
