Job Title: PlannerJob DescriptionOur client is looking for a detail oriented, highly motivated, self-driven individual with strong background in Service/Repair supply chain.
This individual will be expected to perform regional planning functions involving maintenance of target fill rates, management of inventory for regional service support, improvement of process in inventory management, and execution of new product introduction.
A successful candidate will require strong analytical skills, collaborative and proactive attitude, ability to think broad and to be able to work with senior managers and buyers.
This position requires strong knowledge and experience in supply planning, procurement, vendor communication, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities- Achieve target fill rate, minimise backlog and expedite backlog recovery- Manage forecast accuracy, review safety stock and cautionary parts- Inventory management for multiple warehouses- Stock balancing execution among warehouses- Maintain systems data integrity and optimize planning processes- Recommend obsolete and excess inventory for disposition- Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) in region- Determine pack plan and production orders- Work with Global Materials and Engineering for material changes- Project testing and participations- Communication with buyers, works with suppliers, warehouse and internal accounting department - Coordinate issue resolutions, application enhancement requests between business and warehouse teamsEssential Skills- 4+ years of supply planning experience- Experience in reverse logistics or service / repair supply chain- Strong SAP experience, S/4 HANA experience a plus- Proficiency in MS Excel- Experience in business data analytics a plus- Demonstrated analytical capabilities, focused on the details, problem solving and accuracy- Excellent written communication and collaborative skills in English- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment- degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience Location Cork, Ireland Trading as TEKsystems.
