Company description: At Addleshaw Goddard Ireland we're seeking an experienced Planning and Infrastructure Consenting Lawyer to spearhead the development of a specialized practice within the firm, leveraging support from the wider international team and the Dublin Real Estate Practice.
This role offers a prime opportunity for significant client interaction and pivotal involvement in practice growth through nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients.
Job description: The Planning and Infrastructure Consenting Team spans across our Dublin, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, London, and Manchester offices, renowned for its expertise in real estate, transport, energy, and corporate transactions.
The team's clientele includes developers, investors, public sector bodies, and major companies in the energy sector, advising on planning applications, compulsory purchase orders, and environmental due diligence among other areas.
Known for its collaborative, ambitious nature, the team is committed to delivering commercial and innovative services with an uncompromising focus on quality.
Required profile: This role calls for a talented Planning and Infrastructure Consenting Legal Director based in Dublin, capable of independent work and guiding junior team members.
Responsibilities include advising on regulatory consents, the consenting process under various regulatory regimes in Ireland, environmental impact assessments, planning permissions, judicial review processes, and general planning and environmental law advice.
