The Role
Our clients Planning & Environment team advise state bodies, banks, developers and engineers on an extensive range of planning and environment matters.
The successful candidate's responsibilities will include:
Acting for clients in contentious mattersAdvising on judicial reviews arising out of infrastructure projects, planning injunctions and oral hearingsAdvising on the preparation of planning applicationsAdvising on Environmental Impact Assessments and Natura Impact StatementsCandidate Requirements Qualified as a Solicitor in Ireland or England and Wales with 4+ years PQE in Planning and Environment lawExcellent communication and research skillsStrong technical and drafting skillsCommercial focusInterested applicants should contact Vicki Weinmann in strict confidence on +353 1 5313745 or submit your CV to ******.
