Planning Officer, Dublin 24

Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a Planning Officer in Dublin 24. This is a permanent, full-time role. Salary: €50,000 - €55,000 DOE plus benefits Some work from home will be available after the probation period. Key ResponsibilitiesManagement of a range of planning application projects for various developments including extraction, manufacturing, and waste developments.Management of consultants involved in the preparation of planning applications, waste licences, and trade discharge licences.Reviewing and editing technical reports in relation to planning applications, EIAR, AA, waste licence applications, and trade discharge.Advising on planning compliance within the company.The PersonPlanning or related 3rd level qualification.Experience/knowledge of the Irish planning system and EIA regulations.Good report writing skills.Strong organisation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
