The Opportunity: As a Platform Engineer of a team of individuals in a specific area of digital expertise, you will be a crucial player in driving our digital initiatives forward in our agile organization.
This role involves a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and a deep understanding of the specific platforms that drive business functions such as SuccessFactors and SAP.
The goal is to ensure these platforms are optimized to support business goals, enhance efficiency, and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and configure business platforms to meet organizational needs, including programming and software integration.
Ensure seamless integration between different business platforms and systems to enhance data flow and business processes.
Monitor platform performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and user experience.
Provide technical support and training to platform users, resolving issues and ensuring effective platform utilization.
Collaborate with team members and contribute to initiatives with innovative ideas, continuous learning, and professional development.
Essential Knowledge & Experience: Demonstrated experience with SAP SuccessFactors HR and relevant tools (e.g., CPI, SAC, XML, Azure Dev Ops, ALM, Service Now).
In-depth knowledge of HR business processes and how enterprise platforms support them.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and work effectively in a team environment.
Agile and adaptable to changing environments and project scope Preferred Experience: Demonstrable experience in the implementation of SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition modules across various regions of the worldDemonstrable communication and presentation skillsGood knowledge of SAP Employee CentralSuccessFactors Associate Level Certification in Onboarding, Recruiting Administration, Recruiting Marketing and ideally one or more additional modules like PMGM, Compensation, LMSAbility to run clear and engaging customer meetings and workshopsEducation: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, e.g., HR, Computer Science, Data Science or equivalent.
Additional information: This is a permanent, full-time position.
Position is based in Ireland, Poland, Portugal, or the United Kingdom.
This position follows our hybrid working model.
Role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 1 day per quarter in our local office.
Flexibility may be required in line with business needs.
Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
