Atlantic Facilities & Maintenance Ltd. are currently recruiting Plumbers (with general maintenance experience) in the Dublin & Leinster area.
We provide reactive and preventive maintenance for our commercial clients in retail and commercial services.
We have been established since 2011 and are growing year on year as we increase our customer base.
We are seeking a field based plumber/maintenance technician with a some project management & estimating background to join the mobile field service team reporting into the Operations Team.
The position is a full-time permanent position and the hours of work are 8am 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
It is important to note flexibility around these core hours may be required on occasions to support the needs of the business.
Ample overtime is available on top of the base salary.

The successful candidate will be smart, professional, customer services orientated and an enthusiastic individual.
Present well in a corporate environment and have proven customer relationship skills.
Have excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities: Applicants should have knowledge of the following systems General plumbing repairs General Maintenance/Handyman repairs Carry out both reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance Servicing of plant room equipment such as boilers, pumps, pressure vessels, calorifiers and their relevant controls Ensuring detailed electronic service work reports (via company issued Smart Phone) are submitted for all works completed Assist with all queries regarding quotations and purchasing Ensure compliance at all times with Health and Safety requirements Installation of heating and plumbing systems will also be required Overtime may be required to cover out of hours work.
Note: The successful candidate will receive full technical and co-ordination support from head office team General Building Maintenance & Fabric Repairs Candidate Requirements Essential Minimum Experience Required (Years post qualified experience): 3 Desirable Fetac Level 6 Craft Plumbing Certificate Formal training /certification in gas - GID/RGI registered years post qualified experience Previous experience working in a maintenance role Ability to work under pressure with excellent time management skills Experience in maintaining and servicing gas boilers Clean Driving Licence Computer Literate Excellent communication (written and verbal) Team player Company transport provided.
