There has never been a more exciting time to join the team and we are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Industrial Plumber.

Primary Responsibilities Multi-building maintenance services RGII Boiler Servicing & general plumbing services Install, maintain, and repair a range of mechanical and plumbing services Diagnose and repair faults in engineering installations and associated plant and equipment, hot and cold water systems, irrigation systems, LPHW boilers, pressurisation units, pump sets, air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems, catering equipment, electrical systems. Minimum Requirements A mechanical background Proven experience as a plumber Understanding of water distribution in commercial and domestic buildings Working knowledge of heating and ventilation systems as well as appliances (HVAC etc) Trained in the use of plumbing tools and equipment including gas welding/brazing of pipelines, joints and fittings. Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment. Flexibility to cover other areas within the Facilities department. Working as part of the maintenance team, the person will be willing to work days and evening shift.
