What you can expect As PMO Services Manager, you will create a strong governance approach for both internal delivery and partner delivery. You will act as the primary point of contact for our partners and ensure they are fully resourced to drive project delivery across their associated customers. You will allocate new projects and provide oversight and support, ensuring partners uphold our certification requirements. You will monitor overall performance and ensure that CX KPIs are met.
About the Team The Workvivo CX Operations & Enablement Team supports all functions within the CX Organization including Onboarding, Customer Success, Customer Support, Renewals, Service Sales and Expert Services. Workvivo leverages the expertise of our global partner network to support the implementation of our platform. As PMO Services Manager, you will manage partner relationships with our Certified Onboarding Partners.
