Your Role and Responsibilities Create demos, videos, documents and slide decks that show how the products in our IT Automation portfolio can work together to deliver a unified solution.Develop use cases and technical documentation to illustrate how customers will use and derive value from our portfolio.Give demos to customers and analysts to help sell and promote our IT Automation portfolio and products.Create demos, videos, documents and slide decks that highlight the differentiated features and value of our IT Automation platform and products.Create enablement materials to train Tech Sellers and other sales teams on how to demonstrate and sell IT Automation products.Deliver and manage enablement sessions to show Sellers how to demonstrate our products to customers. Required Technical and Professional Expertise At least 2 years experience in Product Management, Technical Sales or equivalent working with IT Operations and SRE tools.
Hands-on experience with IT Operations software.Solid understanding and working knowledge of Cloud software and concepts.Clear communicator with proven written communication skills.
Strong collaborator and team player. Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise At least 5 years experience in Product Management, Technical Sales or equivalent working with IT Operations and SRE tools.Hands-on experience with two or more IT Operations/SRE tools.Understanding of the IT Operations market.Clear communicator with proven written communication skills.

Ability to lead within a matrixed organization.
