Syndicated & International Finance (SIF) is a business unit within Capital Markets which comprises of a large portfolio of syndicated loans to large scale corporates (US and EU transactions related to leveraged buyouts, M&A and other significant events) and securitisations (mainly AAA/AA CLO tranches).
A vacancy now exists for a role supporting the risk management and portfolio reporting function for the Syndicated & International Finance (SIF) portfolio.
Key accountabilities:Ability to create bespoke reports using Bloomberg / Power BI / MS Access / Python and SQLAbility to optimise integration of data with reporting systems as they implement efficiencies in all areas of data managementUnderstanding and interpreting business problems and identifying solutionsCo-ordinate data capture, management and reporting with teams across Capital MarketsAbility to concisely convey key findings from complex analysis.
Provide insights to shape SIF strategyDisperse knowledge in relevant domain to support development of the wider teamRelevant degree or Postgrad qualification (Data Analytics, Statistics, Financial) and/or equivalent experience.
Understanding of accounting principles, financial markets and credit riskWhat you will bring:Minimum 3 years' experience in financial markets / credit analysis.
