Post Office Administrator

Main purpose of the role:
Ensure the post office operates efficiently and effectively at all times and ensures cash is secured and balances correctly.
The ideal candidate will have/be: Experience in a similar position is an advantageMinimum 1 years' experience in a cash handling roleExcellent numerical skillsExcellent communication skillsMain duties: Oversee and ensure the smooth running of the post officeMaintain all security measures, ensuring all valuables (cash, coupons etc.) are kept secureMaintain confidentiality at all timesReconcile daily cash in line with post office proceduresConduct daily safe countsComplete over and under reports dailyAbout the locality:
Center of town, the role will include cashier work in both the post office and supermarket.

Monday shift: 08:45 to 17:45
Tuesday shift: 08:45 to 17:45
Wednesday shift: 08:45 to 17:45
Thursday shift: 08:45 to 17:45
Friday shift: 08:45 to 17:45
Saturday shift: 07:45 to 17:45
