JOB DESCRIPTION AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Our Trainers are at the heart of our business and embody our ethos. We are looking for POWER Box instructors who bring energy to the room – inspiring and empowering people daily when they come to a class.
This position will be involved in growing the POWER brand and launching POWER across Ireland. It will offer you an unrivalled opportunity for career progression as the business grows – expanding our current portfolio opening three more sites in the next 6 months.

Half of the class is spent exploring the skills and drills of boxing, whether you're a seasoned pro or a boxing beginner, there is always something in there for you – get lost in the meditative repetition of the sweet science.
The other half of this hard-hitting session incorporates conditioning drills specific to boxing – using your bodyweight, kettlebells and slam balls you will learn what it takes to build a core made of steel. Improving your stability, muscular endurance and overall fitness.
