Powered Access Engineer – Plant Hire – Dublin - Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 Euros + Company Van + Fuel Card + Laptop + Pension + 20 days holiday + bank.
This business has been a one-stop shop for plant hire for over 19 years and now due to growth has a unique opportunity for an experienced Powered Access Engineer to join their engineering team.
What's on offer: * The work for a business whose philosophy is to promote from within * Ongoing career development * A company van, mobile phone, fuel card * You will be joining a people centric business * No call out or overnight stays As Powered Access Engineer you will be expected to work remotely on a mobile basis throughout the Dublin and surrounding area with further travel throughout Ireland when required and will be responsible for PDI's as well as carrying out the service, breakdown and repair of a wide range of both diesel and electric scissor lifts and boom lifts such as Skyjack, Genie, Manitou and JLG customers within the construction, aviation, agricultural and horticultural and facilities management areas of industry.
You must be IPAF certified and preferably CAP certified and able to demonstrate previous experience of working on the inspection, service and breakdown repair of access platforms as well as possess a good all-round understanding of mechanics and electrics including general fault finding.
Any experience of working on other plant such as telehandlers, dumpers, excavators and rollers would be of distinct interest to the client, though not essential
