About the role and practices Our Practice Managers are responsible for providing leadership to practice colleagues (Associates and Employed) to ensure we put patients at the heart of everything we do and in order to drive practice growth, increase revenue opportunities, and operate the effective day-to-day financial management and logistics of the practice.

You focus on maintaining high standards of patient care at all times You are positive, enthusiastic and honest in all aspects of your job You're able to motivate both yourself and others to achieve great results for our patients You enjoy recognising successes and sharing your opinions and ideas with others We also welcome your application if you have management or Lead Dental Nurse experience within a dental setting. Other industries such as healthcare or commercial (e.g., retail/hospitality) will also be considered.
