Our client, a leading specialist in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) and main building construction, is seeking a talented Pre Construction Planner to join their team. As a Pre Construction Planner, you will play a crucial role in the initial phases of projects, contributing to their overall success and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand requirements and objectives.Conduct site visits and assessments to gather necessary information for project planning.Develop comprehensive pre-construction plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment with project goals.Analyse project specifications and constraints to identify potential risks and opportunities.Utilize industry-leading software and tools for project planning and scheduling.Provide regular updates and reports to project management teams and clients.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).Proven experience in pre-construction planning within the M&E and main building construction industry.Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Package:Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement plans.Opportunity for professional development and career growth within a reputable organization.Work-life balance initiatives and a supportive team environment.Interviews have already commenced so do not hesitate to apply.
