Due to continued growth, we wish to recruit a Pre Construction Project Manager/Bid Manager for our Construction bid submissions.
The Pre Construction Project Manager/Bid Manager will join a dedicated Bid team based in our Head Office in Dundrum.
Reporting to the Bid Department Manager, you will demonstrate true leadership and project management skills to deliver successful bids on time and to the highest quality.
The Bid Manager will have a proven track record of managing bid submissions for projects across a range of sectors including:
Life Sciences/PharmaceuticalCommercialResidential and more.Key Responsibilities: Manage and drive the progress to completion of bid submissions.Lead the preparation of bid documents, including gathering project requirements, organizing bid materials, and ensuring compliance with client specifications and regulatory requirements.Undertake a detailed analysis of all technical aspects associated with bids and tender opportunities, and develop the approach in relation to risk, temporary works, phasing, logistics, and buildability.Manage written technical and quality submissions required for bids.Develop, maintain, and foster collaborative relationships with the other members of the work winning and planning teams and John Paul management.Specific Requirements: 7+ years relevant industry experience.Excellent command of both written and spoken English.Experience specifically focused on managing bid submissions.Experience in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and Tender Portals.Package:
