ATG are seeking a talented and motivated Precast Structural Engineer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, analysis, and implementation of precast concrete structures across a variety of construction projects.
This role requires strong technical expertise in precast concrete, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities: Design and analyze precast concrete elements, including beams, columns, panels, and other structural components, ensuring they meet project specifications and safety standards.Perform structural calculations and analysis to ensure stability, strength, and compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other engineers to develop efficient, cost-effective precast solutions.Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports using design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Tekla.Review and approve shop drawings and construction documents, ensuring accuracy and consistency with design intent.Provide technical support during the manufacturing and installation phases, ensuring that precast elements are produced and erected according to design specifications.Conduct site visits as needed to monitor construction progress, address technical issues, and ensure quality control.Assist in the coordination of project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and successful project completion.Stay updated on the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies related to precast concrete engineering.Participate in client meetings to discuss design solutions, address concerns, and provide expert advice.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's degree preferred).3-5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on precast concrete systems.Proficiency in structural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, and relevant BIM tools.Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and best practices related to precast concrete.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Engineer status is a plus.Salary: €100,000 to €110,000 Per Annum
