ATG are looking for an experienced and results-driven Engineering Manager to lead a precast concrete engineering team in Dublin. In this role, you will oversee the design, production, and installation processes for precast concrete elements across various commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in structural engineering and precast concrete, combined with proven leadership skills and the ability to manage complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities: Lead and manage the precast engineering team, providing technical direction, mentorship, and support to engineers and designers. Oversee the design and detailing of precast concrete elements, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards and project requirements. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to align design specifications with project goals and timelines. Conduct structural analysis and review engineering calculations to ensure the structural integrity and safety of all precast designs. Develop and implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve design efficiency, reduce production costs, and enhance sustainability. Coordinate with production and installation teams to address technical issues, optimize workflows, and ensure successful project delivery. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and emerging trends in precast concrete technology. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master's degree or Chartered Engineer status is a plus. 7+ years of experience in structural engineering, with a minimum of 3 years focused on precast concrete design and management. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, Tekla, or similar). Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with a collaborative and goal-oriented approach. In-depth knowledge of precast concrete design, production, and installation processes. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and present technical information effectively. Salary: €55,000 to €60,000 Per Annum
