What You'll Do As the selected candidate, you'll collaborate closely with SAP's Fortune 500 clients. Responsibilities include delivering both onsite and remote services from the Premium Engagement portfolio, while also advising customers on SAP's Best Practices. You will analyze and optimize business processes, provide root cause analysis and solutions, guide clients through implementation projects, and deliver services for MaxAttention, Active Embedded, and Mission Critical Support. Your role as a De-Escalation Architect during emergencies will be crucial.
What You Bring Applicants should have more than five years of experience in SAP Consulting within the Oil and Gas industry, focusing on the IS-OIL Solution. You need to possess deep industry expertise, demonstrate extensive knowledge of SAP IS-Oil Solutions, facilitate, implement, and support SAP's products/solutions, and maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction. The ability to assist clients on their Digital Transformation journey through the use of S/4HANA is necessary. A Bachelor's degree in a related field, strong leadership and engagement skills, and excellent communication skills in English are required.
