As a Prep Team Leader Duties will involve: Providing a professional, high-quality service to Prep area following adequate training on specific equipment Ensuring that all operations on all equipment are performed to a professional, high-quality standard Being responsible for daily/hourly control and direction of a Prep team Coaching and supporting the prep team in the achievement of required target outputs Informing and updating Prep Management with regards to line availability Reporting any immediate major Engineering issues to the Line engineering Team for resolution What we're looking for We're not all the same at Greencore and our differences help us to make every day taste better for all our stakeholders.
