Pricing Analyst

Job OverviewThis role reports to the Head of Pricing and Analytics and offers the successful candidate an opportunity to develop general insurance pricing and analytical skills whilst being supported in pursuing a qualification with the Institute & Faculty of Actuaries.
This is an ideal opportunity for a self-driven individual to develop skills and gain excellent experience within a growing team in our Head Office in Dublin 12.Job ResponsibilitiesDuties / Responsibilities: Data manipulation and preparation of reports; Preparing and reporting on results of analyses; Analysis of profitability of Commercial, Agricultural & Personal lines accounts ; Support and maintenance of technical models ; Development and maintenance of appropriate tools, models and structures that support the analysis of new and renewal business in support of business objectives.Job ResponsibilitiesEducation Bachelor's degree in a Mathematical or Actuarial discipline; ExperiencesCompetencies Good working knowledge of Excel; Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal; SAS or SQL programming skills; Positive attitude, proactive and ambitious individual; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Attention to detail is essential, with good administrative skills, multi-tasking capabilities and good at prioritizing workload.
