Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
Candidate Requirements: Proven sales experience in the construction sector with a focus on customer service.
Strong knowledge of building/timber materials is preferred.
Exceptional sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Experience working both independently and as part of a team.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other IT systems.
