Job requirements: 3rd level qualification in a Food Science related subject 1-2 year experience in a similar role an advantage Knowledge of food regulations, and Irish food safety standards Job responsibilities: Collaborate with teams to develop new product concepts and formulations.
Work closely with development chefs to tests to optimize product recipes and processes.
Coordinate pilot plant trials and scale-up activities to transition new products to production Stay updated on industry trends, market research, and competitor analysis to inform product development strategies.
