Key Responsibilities: Identify and provide the correct parts required for trade, retail, and workshop customers Handle telephone, email, and online enquiries efficiently and professionally Collaborate with a large team to meet company and departmental objectives Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization within the Parts Department Foster communication and build rapport with other departments to ensure smooth operations Enhance and manage the customer database through proactive calls and visits Process parts orders using various software systems and DMS (Dealer Management System) Manage parts returns to distributors in a timely manner Ideal Candidate Profile: Previous experience in the motor industry is desirable Strong commitment to delivering high levels of customer satisfaction Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail A diligent, flexible approach to work and willingness to take on new tasks Ability to maintain high standards in all aspects of the role Highly motivated and energetic, able to work well under pressure What We Offer: Monday to Friday working hours Staff referral bonus scheme Employee purchase scheme PRSA company contributions VHI Employee Assistance Programme Flu vaccine provision INDTR Skills: Automotive Knowledge Communication Customer Service
